I am a qualified Personal Trainer with over 30 years experience training clients with and without medical conditions. I too have had my own fair share of medical issues – breast cancer leading to a mastectomy, menopausal problems, weight gain, hip and knee issues then in March 2020 I contracted Covid-19.

I am a survivor

I always return to exercising regardless of how unfit or overweight I feel to regain my quality of life.


My exercise programmes have given me my life back. I’m not yet where I want to be but I am not where I was a few years ago.
